Christi 30 married with a 12-, 11- and 3-year-old, and the youngest child of 2 siblings. She wants to work in Singapore to saved up for her children and support her family.

She is a high school graduate equivalent to Singapore secondary school level.



Experience

1 year 11 months (July 2010 - June 2012)

Did her vocational school education & did not complete as she had a job opportunity in Papua.

2 months (June 2012 - Aug 2012) in Papua.

She worked as a Shopkeeper, met her future husband & stopped working.

3 months (Sep 2012 - Dec 2012) in Papua.

Assisted her husband in construction work, such as painting of doors, windows & cupboard.

1 year 8 months (Jan 2013 - Oct 2014) 

Stayed home, looked after the family welfare & wedding preparation.

9 years 2 mos (Nov 2014 - Jan 2024) 

Got married & looked after her family.

9 months (Feb 2024 - Nov 2024) as a helper in Tomohon, Indonesia.

She worked for a family of 7 in a landed property with 4 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. Daily she does general housekeeping chores & as a cook for employer’s front house restaurant. Looked after an 80-yo mobile ahma welfare, occasionally on wheelchair. She didn’t continued working due to different in political affiliation.

Stays home, looks after the family & seek overseas job opportunity.



Cooking

Daily she prepares basic cooking for the family, keen to learn to cook Chinese and various other dishes as well.



Infant care

She looks after her own children since birth,  she washed and cleaned up after them, kept company and soothed them to sleep, prepared their milk and fed them, washed and cleaned feeding bottles.



Childcare

She looks after their welfare, wash and clean up after them, keep company and played with them, shower and dress them in fresh clothing, prepare meals and fed them.



Elderly care

She is keen to look after elderly. In her local experience, she looked after an 80-year-old mobile Ahma's welfare, occasionally on her wheelchair, prepared her meals & fed her, changed her with fresh clothing & diaper after bath, kept company & assist in her movement. 



Handphone

She will follow the employer's instruction regarding handphone usage and will contact her family with her own handphone after work hour. Any other usage arrangement is between employer and helper, this will be stated in the Job Offer.



Off-day

The helper is entitled to weekly off-day or at least 1 off-day per month and the other working off-days, she will be compensated accordingly.



2 years contract

She is aware of the 2 years contract.
