Novia 29 married with a 13-, 10- and 4-year-old, and the youngest child of 2 siblings. She wants to work in Singapore to saved up and support her family.

She is a high school graduate equivalent to Singapore secondary school level.



Experience

1 year 4 months (Aug 2014 - Dec 2015) in Manado, Indonesia.

She worked as a Sales Staff in an accessories shop.

2 years (Jan 2016 - Jan 2018) 

Stayed home & looked after the family welfare.

3 years 11 months (Feb 2018 - Jan 2021) 

She stayed with her grandparents' & looked after their welfare. Daily she does general household chores. Grandpa & grandma, both passed away in Nov 2020 & Jan 2021 respectively.

Stays home, looks after the family welfare & general household chores. 



Cooking

Daily she prepares basic cooking for the family, keen to learn to cook Chinese and various other dishes as well.



Infant care

She looks after her own children since birth, she washed and cleaned up after them, kept company and soothed them to sleep, prepared their milk and fed them, washed and cleaned feeding bottles.



Childcare

She looks after their welfare, wash and clean up after them, keep company and played with them, shower and dress them in fresh clothing, prepare meals and fed them.



Elderly care

She is keen to look after elderly. She looked after her grandparents, prepares their meals & feed them, prepares & assist to bathe them, administered their medication & transfer them from wheelchair onto bed & vice versa. 



Handphone

She will follow the employer's instruction regarding handphone usage and will contact her family with her own handphone after work hour. Any other usage arrangement is between employer and helper, this will be stated in the Job Offer.



Off-day

The helper is entitled to weekly off-day or at least 1 off-day per month and the other working off-days, she will be compensated accordingly.



2 years contract

She is aware of the 2 years contract.
