Nafisatul 45 married with a 21- and 2-year-old, and the eldest child in the family of 2 siblings. She wants to work in Singapore to support and save up for her family, and she is from Blitar, Indonesia. 


Education

She graduated from high school, equivalent to Singapore Secondary School.



Experience

1 year 11 mos (Apr 2009 - Mar 2011) as a helper in Singapore.

She worked in a HDB with a bedroom and 2-toilets for a family of 3 with an 8-year-old child with heart problem and she looked after the welfare. Daily she cleans and tidy the house, go marketing, prepare and cook their meals, washed and cleaned up the kitchen and utensils after use, do the laundry, ironing and folding. She also looked after a small dog.

4 years 11 mos (April 2011 - Mar 2016) as a helper in Singapore.

She worked in a HDB with 3-bedrooms and 2-toilets for a family of 3 with a 74-year-old female and she looked after the welfare. Daily she cleans and tidy the house, go marketing, prepare and cook their meals, washed and cleaned up the kitchen and utensils after use, do the laundry, ironing and folding. She also looked after a small dog.

1 year 3 mos (Mar 2017 - June 2018) as a helper in Singapore.

She worked in a Condo with 4 bedrooms and 2-toilets for a family of 4 with a 68-year-old female stroke with dementia patient, and she looked after her welfare. Daily she cleans and tidy the house, go marketing, prepare and cook their meals, washed and cleaned up the kitchen and utensils after use, do the laundry, ironing and folding. 

2 mos (Sep 2018 - Nov 2018) as a helper in Singapore.

She worked in a HDB with 2 bedrooms and a toilet for an 84-year-old male patient with heart problem, and she looked after his patient. Daily she cleans and tidy the house, go marketing, prepare and cook their meals, washed and cleaned up the kitchen and utensils after use, do the laundry, ironing and folding. Ah Khong passed on.

2 years 1 mo (Nov 2018 - Dec 2020) as a helper in Singapore.

She worked in a HDB with 3 bedrooms and 2-toilets for a family of 2 with a 75-year-old female diabetic patient, and she looked after her welfare. Daily she cleans and tidy the house, go marketing, prepare and cook their meals, washed and cleaned up the kitchen and utensils after use, do the laundry, ironing and folding. 



Cooking

She cooks Indonesian dishes, keen to learn to cook Chinese and various other dishes as well. In Singapore, she prepared and cooked basic Chinese dishes.


Childcare

She is keen to look after children/ infants, and she looks after her children welfare. In Singapore, she washed and cleaned up after the child, prepared the meals and fed, bathed and dressed with fresh clothing, kept company, dressed and sent to-and-fro from school, attended to and assisted in the child needs.


Elderly Care

She is keen to look after the elderly. In her previous experience, she prepared their meals and fed them, transferred from bed to wheelchair and vice versa, washed and cleaned up after them, changed them with fresh clothing and diapers, administered their medications, accompanied to the hospital for check ups, attended to their daily needs.



Pet care

She is keen to look after pets. In Singapore, she looked after small dogs. She fed them, groomed them, walked them outside, kept clean the pet areas.



Handphone

She will follow the employer's instruction regarding handphone usage and will contact her family with her own handphone after work hour. Any other usage arrangement is between employer and helper, this will be stated in the Job Offer.


Off-day

The helper is entitled to weekly off-day or at least 1 off-day per month and the other working off-days, she will be compensated accordingly.


2 years contract

She is aware of the 2 years contract.
