Rumiyati 39 married with a 16-year-old daughter, and she is the eldest child in the family of 4 siblings. She wants to work in Singapore to support and save up for her family, and she is from Brebes, Indonesia.


Education

She graduated from high school, equivalent to Singapore Secondary School.


Experience 

2 years (2011 - 2013) as a helper in Saudi Arabia.

She worked in a 2-storey house with 5-bedrooms and 4-toilets, for a family of 2. She does general housework and cooking.

2 years (2015 - 2017) as a helper in Abu Dhabi.

Rumiyati worked in a 3-bedroom house with 2-toilets, for a family of 5 with a newborn baby, a 2- and 7-year-old, and she looked after their welfare. She does housework and car washing.

2 years 11 mos (Feb 2018 - Jan 2021) as a helper in Singapore.

She worked in a 2-bedroom, HDB with 2-toilets for a family of 4 with a 7- and 14-year-old, and she looked after them. She does housework, marketing and cooking.

1 year 6 mos (2023 - 2024) as a helper in Jakarta, Indonesia.

She worked in a 2-bedroom house with 2-toilets for a family of 3. Daily she cleans and tidy the house, go marketing, prepare and cook their meals, wash and clean up the kitchen and utensils after use, do the laundry, ironing and folding.



Cooking

She cooks Indonesian dishes, keen to learn to cook Chinese and various other dishes as well.


Childcare

She is keen to look after children/ infants. In her previous experience, she prepared their milk and meals, fed them, washed and sterilized feeding bottles, bathed and changed them with fresh diaper and clothing, get them ready for school, send and fetch them to-and-fro from school, attended to and assisted in their daily needs.


Elderly Care

She is keen to look after the elderly.


Handphone

She will follow the employer's instruction regarding handphone usage and will contact her family with her own handphone after work hour. Any other usage arrangement is between employer and helper, this will be stated in the Job Offer.


Off-day

The helper is entitled to weekly off-day or at least 1 off-day per month and the other working off-days, she will be compensated accordingly.


2 years contract

She is aware of the 2 years contract.
