Kristian Mark looked after the welfare of an 80-year-old male with dementia. He cleans and tidy patient’s bedroom and toilet, change bedlinens, wash and clean patient’s plates and utensils, does patient’s laundry.

14 days (Mar 2025 – Aug 2025) took up OJT in caregiving at Medical Mission hospital and DSWD Home for the Aged in the Philippines

Kristian Mark looked after bedridden patients with various conditions. He fed them via NGT, bathed and dressed them with fresh clothing and diapers, changed bedlinens. In all these, he managed the work well. For his future employment, he hopes to widen his experience to be a better caregiver.

He cooks Filipino dishes, keen to learn to cook Chinese and various other dishes.


Childcare

He is keen to look after children/ infants.


Elderly Care

He is keen to look after the elderly. In his caregiving experience, he prepared his meals, bathed and dressed him, accompanied him for medical check-ups, kept company, checked and monitored vital signs, attended to and assisted in his needs.


Hand phone

He will follow the employer’s instruction regarding hand phone usage. However, he will contact his family using his own hand phone after work hour. Any other usage arrangement is between employer and helper; this will be stated in the Job Offer.


Off-day

The helper is entitled to 1 compulsory off-day per month and the other working off-days shall be compensated accordingly.


2 years contract

He is aware of the 2-year contract.

As a caregiver, his main duty is towards patient’s welfare and wellness, hygiene and cleanliness of patient’s room area. Kristian Mark is mature and ready to take on new challenge.
